Abstract

The article deals with the problems of underground coal mining with a high content of methane in coal workings. At the same time, the coal industry is in great need of developing economic mechanisms for the implementation of early degassing preparation of coal deposits, since the gas factor is of paramount importance in underground coal mining. Early degassing will increase labor safety in coal mining, as well as ensure the socio-economic development of the region.
