Abstract

A description of the methodology for creating organizational conditions for the formation and collective use of world-class scientific and production infrastructure developed by ANO REC Kuzbass within the framework of information support for the implementation of the CSTP "Clean Coal – Green Kuzbass" is presented.

Classification of objects of scientific, industrial and innovative infrastructure has been presented, analysis has been carried out and information on infrastructure objects of Kuzbass and the SFD has been collected.

Methods have been developed for identifying problematic issues of production organizations and forming technological requests for R&D, including the search for scientific organizations. To find scientific partners, detailed data are provided on 18 world-class CT and 15 NO, covering 35 regions and hundreds of scientific organizations of scientific organizations.
