Abstract

In the presented system of assessment of the possibility of including the lands disturbed by industry in the economic turnover according to the methodology proposed by the authors, taking into account the condition and possible fertility of soils. In the course of the work, studies of individual characteristics of land plots based on inspection, construction of maps of possible use, inclusion in economic turnover and use options based on the calculation of the market value of the plots were proposed. Methodically, the possibilities of putting land into operation after a physical survey of sites, including research using unmanned aerial vehicles, have been studied. The expediency of physically combining close areas with overgrowth into a single array of steps is indicated, creating a kind of "ribbon" that prevents leaching, wind and water erosion. Next, the process of monitoring the overgrowth of the steps and making adjustments to the land restoration process is carried out. The formed landscape is recorded digitally, at the end of each stage of overgrowth, the possibilities of using land plots are determined on the basis of a survey with the allocation of suitable for operation, the compilation of digital maps for economic purposes. The presented calculation of the market value of land plots determines effective directions, takes into account the main characteristics and technical and operational indicators, such as the state of soil quality characteristics, restrictions on economic use. The presented system for assessing the possibility of including lands disturbed by industry in economic turnover is applicable for assessing the efficiency of farming on specific land plots. Further studies of the methodology are associated with the stage of testing and commissioning.
