Abstract
The article presents the results of studying the activities of a coal mining enterprise in the fuel and energy sector of Thailand. The remote monitoring and analytical calculations revealed the number of mining and transport machines operating in the coal strip mine.
Satellite observations over a multi-year period reveal a stable trend in the extraction and consumption of the mined coal.
