Abstract

The development of new coal deposits in Russia's Arctic zone requires achieving harmonious relations between mining companies and local communities, which can be achieved by implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects. The article proposes the use of a mechanism for developing long-term programs for the implementation of project sequences during the life cycle of coal mine development, operation and abandonment (reclamation). A model and algorithm for determining the order of implementation of projects in accordance with the timing of the sequences to which they are preliminarily allocated has been developed. Due to the procedure of multivariate calculations, this model makes it possible to determine the best option for financing the long-term CSR program. The calculations have shown the efficiency of the developed algorithm and its software implementation.
