Monitoring of the environment in particular emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere during blasting operations on coal open pit, doesnt represent a comprehensive unified system. Existing methods for determining technogenic atmospheric load are narrowly focused and have a significant drawback: they dont consider the meteorological factor of dust cloud propagation. Therefore, it is necessary to complete the methods by account in calculation of aerodynamic parameters of the atmosphere, such as relative and absolute humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind speed and direction, differentiated in height. It would allow, to monitor the dust and gas cloud, its motion trajectory and sedimentation process more efficient and accurate.
