Аннотация
Defining the principles and approaches of the state to supporting subsoil use projects. Assessing budget efficiency is an integral part of feasibility studies for developing deposits of solid minerals. The mining industry is a key sector of contemporary Russian economy. Previously, the authors have already discussed the key aspects of mineral resource projects several times, analyzing the risk system, studying international design standards and approaches to assessing the value of mining companies. This article reveals contemporary aspects of the specific features and necessity of assessing both the budget efficiency of the projects and the multiplier effect for the economy of the country, region, and industry. The research was based on a systems approach, expert assessment methods, logical and comparative analysis, as well as economic and statistical processing of information. The experience of the IMC Montan Group, GMC, and the INKRU Institute, as well as Internet resources and publications in the open press, served as the information base for the study.
