Abstract

The article presents a model of innovative development of the human resources potential of coal industry enterprises aimed at obtaining a competitive advantage, the result of which is the innovative development of coal enterprises. The practical value of the work lies in determining the approach to the implementation of the strategy for the innovative development of human resources on the basis of the strategic objectives set, contributing to the transition of the economy of coal enterprises to an innovative development path. The proposed approach reveals the main directions of improving the innovative development of human resources for the near future and in the long term. The scientific significance of the conducted research lies in expanding the methodological tools for the innovative development of human resources by creating an innovative culture, forming the psychological readiness of an employee to innovate, increase productivity and profitability of companies, ensuring their competitiveness.
