FINANCING MECHANISMS FOR EARLY DEGASSING TO IMPROVE THE ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF COAL DEPOSITS

Abstract

The article considered the main financing mechanisms for the early degassing of coal seams, including a joint financing mechanism and a separate financing mechanism. Financing of measures for early degassing of coal seams is one of the key issues of ensuring the safety and economic feasibility of mining enterprises. The separation of sources and their effectiveness depends on many factors, such as the company’s development strategy, the scale of degassing operations, and the level of government support. The analysis showed that the successful implementation of degassing technologies depends on an integrated approach to attracting sources of financing, as well as on a skillful combination of various mechanisms, which helps reduce risks and improve safety in coal mining.
