PECULIARITIES OF EVIDENCE IN LABOR DISPUTES IN THE COAL INDUSTRY

Abstract

The article describes the specific features of evidence in labor disputes arising in the coal industry. Particular attention is paid to issues of compensation for moral damage in cases of occupational diseases and workplace accidents. Based on the analysis of legal regulations and judicial practice, the author identifies key types of evidence typical for this category of disputes. In conclusion, the author offers proposals for improving labor legislation in this area.
