CREATION OF AUTOCATALYTIC BUSINESS PROCESSES OF A COAL MINING ENTERPRISE USING THE EXAMPLE OF THE RASPADSKAYA COAL COMPANY

Abstract

The scale of such an enterprise as Raspadskaya Coal Company (RCC) and its multifunctional business in rapidly changing unstable conditions of great uncertainty dictate the need to improve the basic management business processes. The transformation of processes from production to supply to the end user from the standpoint of enhanced integration, consistency of interprocess communication, and ergonomics of resources have shown the relevance of process modernization through innovative feedback changes. This paper presents the preliminary results of the installation of a new type of business process in the management ecosystem of the RCC – an autocatalytic one, in which synchronized high-speed online feedback based on digital technologies acts as a catalyst. At the system-methodological level, the essence of the development is to transform the current process by translating a number of sequentially running procedures into parallel ones, combined with the synergistic effect of synchronizing feedback on "inputs", "control actions", "required resources". The autocatalytic type of business processes proposed by the authors, as a result of trial use in hands, showed a fundamental increase in office productivity by about 40%.
