Abstract
Some features and productivity of the created phytocenoses on the recompacted dumps obtained as a result of open-pit coal mining in the territory of the Republic of Khakassia are analyzed. For six years, we have studied experimental crops of perennial grasses and established the following characteristic features: The composition of the economic and botanical groups can be considered good, since the species of synanthropic mixed grasses make up a low percentage in all experimental variants; the studied crops are characterized by an uneven distribution of individuals over the area, the maximum number was recorded in 2019, in the second year of grass life the two species are Melilotus officinalis and Bromopsis inermis. A study of the productivity of experimental sites showed that over 6 years of research, there has been a negative trend in the viability of the studied herbaceous plant species, some of which have practically disappeared from crops (Medicago varia 17.4 c/ha (2019) – 0.04 c/ha (2024)). In the process of implementing remediation measures, it is worth paying attention to species with a wider ecological range, more tolerant to negative environmental conditions.
