Abstract
The article discusses modern methods aimed at maintaining healthy and safe working conditions in the production units (workshops, departments, etc.) of coal mining operations that are part of the SUEK Group, as well as at preventing accidents, implementation of public trade union control in the production units by labor inspectors, authorized (trusted) persons for occupational safety of Rosugleprof, improving the health of employees, maintaining constant contact between representatives of the employer and the trade union organizations of Rosugleprof. Mechanisms have been proposed for the joint coordination of work between the employer and Rosugleprof representatives for the implementation of systematic measures to manage occupational risks in the workplace related to the identification of hazards, assessment, and reduction of occupational risk levels at the SUEK’s coal mining enterprises.
