Abstract

The paper describes a method of combined application of three technological processes, i.e. gasification, pyrolysis and melting, which efficiently implements processing of high-ash and wet wastes of coal mining and processing, energy and metallurgical industries, industrial and consumer wastes. The options of structural layouts of raw materials processing equipment are presented, which allow to eliminate secondary wastes, save the environment from pollution, obtain energy carriers and a wide range of products with high added value.

Keywords

High ash waste, sludge, cakes, sievings, dumps, gasification, pyrolysis, melting, thermochemical technology, fumes, rare metals.
