Abstract
The East Mining Company LLC is creating a state-of-the-art high-perform ance coal-mining complex with the production volume of 20 million tons per year. The method of conducting the Enhanced Performance Day is ef
fectively used to organize a step-by-step shift of mining and transportation equipment of the complex to high productivity. This method is a tool for testing new opportunities in production based on enhancing the interac
tion between all participants of the process at the planning, preparation and implementation stages.
