Abstract
The economy of modern Russia needs creative entrepreneurs of big business who are able to organize new points of growth for the national economy in the face of sanctions restrictions and the crisis of the Western management system. The priority of their work is the development of national projects adopted by the Russian leadership for the long term. Graduates of the DBA program of the NUST MISIS Mining Institute do not duplicate programs approved by the government, but find vacant niches and form their large business projects in cooperation with affiliated small and medium-sized businesses in regional points of economic development growth. At the same time, they effectively use the mining and raw materials and other resource factors of the regions of Russia, the EAEU countries, as well as friendly countries of the world both in the mode of cooperation and in the mode of mobilization economy.
