Abstract
The article presents a methodology for assessing the condition of agricultural land to determine the possibility of conducting various business activities. The methodology is based on the use of UAV, digital maps and the use of algorithms for constructing scenarios of possible land conditions. An approach is proposed to determine the condition of lands according to the degree of their possible introduction into circulation: easily introduced, difficult to introduce. The stages and principles of the methodology are defined and developed: preparatory, identification of the use (non-use) of agricultural land, construction of a digital map, determination of the stage of overgrowth of the site, determination of the directions of economic use of land, calculation of the costs of land involvement in circulation. The use of data on the state of land allows you to plan the development of land use areas, increase the efficiency of their use and the effectiveness of monitoring.
