Abstract

The method of obtaining pitch from coal by thermal dissolution in a mixture of anthracene fraction and heavy fraction of liquid pyrolysis product of rubber products is investigated. According to this method, the mass ratio of coal to solvent is 40/60% by weight. at a temperature in the reactor - 400 oC, the ratio of the anthracene fraction to the heavy fraction of the liquid pyrolysis product of rubber products is 50/50% by weight. This method makes it possible to reduce energy costs by simplifying the technology for obtaining products with specified properties, increase production safety and environmental safety by reducing the content of compounds of a high degree of environmental hazard, including benz(a)pyrene.
