Abstract

The article substantiates the importance of analyzing and ensuring sufficient condition of the company's liquidity, which is associated both with the need to maintain an acceptable level of financial stability, and with the possibility of using additional resources for development in the form of borrowed funds, which require certain liquidity indicators to attract. The liquidity of the company JSC "Russkiy Ugol’" was examined over the past two years. The liquidity indicators appeared to be decreased during this period, the company suffered losses, which requires the measures to restore the level of liquidity. The analysis of the first and second order factors suggests that JSC "Russkiy Ugol'" needs to pay attention to the management of receivables and payables. It is proposed to use factoring and rent conversion as measures to restore the liquidity of the company. The effectiveness of the use of these measures has been proven.
