Abstract
The article deals with the typology of personnel risks; the concept is introduced and the characteristics of the personnel risk associated with the adaptation of new employees in the production environment of the organization are given; the classification of organizational changes is presented; the interrelation of organizational changes and personnel risks is shown. The study presents the rationale for using the ADKAR model in practice in the event of risk events in order to assess personnel risks and determine the degree of their impact on organizational changes, it also gives the algorithm of actions in making management decisions.
