Abstract

In order to prevent negative events that cause economic losses and social instability in the workforce, a risk management system needs to be created and mastered by the personnel. Since February this year, the management team of the Solntsevo coal strip mine has been mastering a management process to systematically reduce the level of risk in the production process, based on identifying and assessing the risk of hazardous production situations, developing and implementing programmes to eliminate the preconditions for their occurrence.
