Abstract
Holding Company “Siberskiy Delovoy Soyuz” (JSC HC "SDS") - unique diversified structure. Its structure includes coal-mining, machine-building, transport agencies, the enterprises of building branch, objects of housing-and-municipal sphere, the food-processing industry, advertising, insurance business, the sports and entertaining industry. The company is formed on August, 12th, 2004 With the purpose of increase of a management efficiency actives of the company branch holdings are created: holding companies "SDS-Ugol”, “SDS-Mash”, "Novotrans", “SDS-Story”, “SDS-Alko”, SDS Mediaholding”, “SDS-Energo”. Holding company "SDS-Ugol” (branch division of holding “SDS”) strongly holds the positions in the coal market of Kuzbass, taking on volume of extraction the third place among the coal-mining enterprises of region. The Kemerovo region in 2010 has extracted record for all history 185,5 million tons coal, from them the order of 8,5% it is necessary on enterprises Holding company “SDS-Ugol” and associations “Prokopievskugol” (is under control of holding SDS) which total amount of extraction in the past to year has made 15,7 million tons coal. In plans of the company in 2011 to increase extraction more than by 46% - up to 23 million tons. In article it is told about the reached results of work of the company in 2010 and about problems on 2011 and immediate prospects. Article is accompanied by illustrations and diagrams.

Day of the miner in the Kemerovo region is considered the main Kuzbass holiday. Established in May, 1991, OJSC "Belon” step by step built an optimum technological chain which has allowed to achieve high industrial results. Sums of XVIII International specialized exhibition “Ugol Russii and Mining 2011” and of the II specialized exhibition “Protection, safety of work and vital activity”
Abstract
In June, 7-10, 2011 Novokuznetsk there passed XVIII International specialized exhibition “Ugol Rossii and Minijng”, recognized by an exhibition ¹1 in the world on technologies of a underground coal mining, and II specialized exhibition-fair “Protection, safety of work and ability to live”. Organizers of actions - exhibition company “Kuzbass fair”, working in exhibition business with 1992 and “Ìåññå Dusseldorf GmbH” (Germany). The high level of a coal forum proves to be true signs on the largest exhibition communities: UFI - the World association of the exhibition industry and RSVYA - the Russian union of exhibitions and fairs. With 2003 the exhibition passes under home nursing of Commercial and industrial chamber of the Russian Federation. The review of firms - participants of an exhibition “Ugol Rossii and Mining” and exhibits - the equipment presented at an exhibition is presented. Winners of an insert “Ugol Rossii and Mining-2011” are presented.

High technologies for increase of industrial safety
Abstract
Within last two years the system of maintenance of industrial safety in OJSC “OUK “Yuzhkuzbassugol” companies EVRAZ Group S.A. has changed completely. Today before the company there is a problem of forward growth of volumes of a coal mining at maintenance of the maximal safety of miners. The strategic purpose here is exception of failures, cases of a fatal and heavy traumatism on manufacture. During work of XVIII international specialized exhibition “Ugol Rossii and Mining 2011” which passed from June, 7 till June, 10th, 2011 in Novokuznetsk, journalists have visited on mine “Yubileynaya” II area of company “Yuzhkuzbassugol” entering in EVRAZ. Director of mine Alexander Chertyl has told about the enterprise, prospects of development and about the actions accepted for good safety of work of miners.
