Technology of plasma burning and maintenance of combustion in the coal-dust boilers

Abstract
For the firing up of coal-dust boilers and stabilization of the processes of the combustion commonly are used the natural gas or the petroleum residue, whose cost constantly grows; therefore as the kindling fuel immediate is the use of the coal dust, which in comparison with the gas and the petroleum residue requires the higher ignition point and more prolonged temperature action. High impact temperature they are capable of developing plasmatrons. As a result the applications of technology of plasma firing up and maintenance of combustion in the coal-dust boilers the generating companies considerably decrease the expenditures for liquid propellant, dream.

The proposed two-combine technology of the groove of coal on the basis of the frontally moved face conveyor, mechanized systems with the three-dimensional steady sections and the robotic system for control, monitoring and diagnostics - this is the base of passage from the overall mechanization of lavas works to the principle of module design of the fully automated groove of coal with providing of high efficiency and safety of conducting the given works.

In the article is the new technology of the foundationless installation of the driving, end and tension stations of belt conveyers - to the anchors with the filling throughout the entire length of bore-hole mineral composition. Abstract
In May, 2011 the Donetsk institute on designing the organization of mine construction and the enterprises building the industries (OJSC DIOS) marks the 60 anniversary. In the article the history of becoming and development of institute is told. Performing works on the organization of mine construction practically for all coal basins of the country, institute as. The specialized design organization carried out great volume of the design documentation for a construction of trunks of the mining enterprises of other departments and of some foreign countries. Now OJSC DIOS is true to the traditions and offers customers original technically competent decisions of specific targets which arise during designing and construction of complex constructions.

Abstract
The analysis of performance of federal target programs (FTP) on development of Far East federal district (FEFD) for 1995-2010 shows, that the main lack of realization of the planned plans was local character of the program actions focused only on current interests of subjects FEFD. It should not be repeated at realization current “Strategy of social and economic development of the Far East and the Baikal region for the period till 2025”. It is offered to accept as a structural skeleton of new economy of region results of realization of the large inter-regional innovative projects financed with use of the mechanism of state-private partnership by forces of subjects of Federation and private strategic investors at support by actions of a world policy of Russia with the countries SHOS, BRIC and ATR.

The mechanism of maintenance of effective industrial inspection in coal-mining association

Abstract
In the article based on involving of each worker of manufacture the mechanism of maintenance of the effective industrial inspection is presented to continuous increase of efficiency and safety in the zone of the responsibility. Is also in the article given developed in company “Urgalugol” the matrix of the class status of workers, which allows to estimate their conformity of a post is resulted and to define the corresponding size of a payment. Abstract
In the article questions of development of new models of calculation of a condition of a file are considered at mining in lavas, and the regulations about of necessity of management by mining works in a mode of a feedback are put forward. Efficiency of mining works is possible at the account of features of a condition of a file, maintenance of ecological compatibility of works and preservation of features биоценоза bowels. Machine and technological systems in the future should lean on a package of chamber technologies at increase of a role of underground extraction with complex uses of minerals and spent developments.
